At Stickynova, we want you to love your stickers!

If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund if:
    • Your order arrived damaged or defective.
    • You received the wrong product.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Due to the nature of our products (custom-printed stickers), we do not accept returns for change of mind.

2. Process

  1. Contact us at support@stickynova.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
  3. Once approved:
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, OR
    • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

3. Exceptions

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
