If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
- You may request a return or refund if:
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Due to the nature of our products (custom-printed stickers), we do not accept returns for change of mind.
2. Process
- Contact us at support@stickynova.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
- Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, OR
- A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
3. Exceptions
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
